Here’s a quick Finder tip: If you’re in list view (Cmd + 2 switches to list view), you can press Cmd + the up key to navigate to a files containing directory. If you select a folder in list view and press the right arrow key, the folder will expand to show the contents, but Cmd + down arrow will drill down into the folder to list its contents.
